Why every batch is the same
In our early years, purchased “graded” aggregate arrived wet — up to a third of a batch — with stones, debris and clay. Clay directly reduces strength.
So we stopped buying it ready-made and built our own processing: receiving inspection, washing, drying, screening into narrow fractions, laboratory control and moisture-proof packaging. Every batch ships with a quality certificate.
How we produceThe floor is a system
A dry-shake hardener reaches its strength only with proper curing.
REFLOOR® AC-S200 sealer is applied right after final troweling: it cuts moisture loss of fresh concrete by 90%, reduces dusting and improves oil resistance.
