A hardener is only as good as its aggregate. So we don't buy it ready-made: we receive, wash, dry, screen and test it ourselves — at all three plants.

Six stages

Receiving inspection
Samples from every lot of quartz, fused alumina and steel aggregate.
moisture ≤ 1%, clay and silt ≤ 0.5%

Washing
Removes dust, clay and organics.

Drying
Rotary dryer.
residual moisture ≤ 0.3%

Screening
Vibrating screens, 0.16–5.0 mm.

Laboratory control
Grading, bulk density, test specimens for every batch.

Packing
Multi-layer moisture-proof bags, batch marking.
