REFLOOR® CT-S100
Quartz dry-shake hardener for medium-duty floors: warehouses, car parks, workshops with pedestrian traffic, hand trucks and pneumatic-tyre forklifts.
≥ 80 MPa · abrasion 0.12 g/cm² · AR 1 (EN 13892-4)
Technical dataDry-shake hardeners are broadcast onto fresh concrete and troweled in, forming a 2–3 mm hardened wear layer monolithic with the slab.
Coverage (natural grey): 3–4 kg/m² — medium duty · 5–6 kg/m² — heavy duty · 7–8 kg/m² — severe duty. Coloured (5 colours): 7–8 kg/m².

Quartz dry-shake hardener for medium-duty floors: warehouses, car parks, workshops with pedestrian traffic, hand trucks and pneumatic-tyre forklifts.
≥ 80 MPa · abrasion 0.12 g/cm² · AR 1 (EN 13892-4)
Technical data
Reinforced quartz hardener with a higher share of coarse mineral fraction, for intensive wheeled traffic and abrasion.
95 MPa · abrasion 0.08 g/cm² · impact 25 kg/mm²
Technical data
Corundum hardener for warehouses, logistics and production floors with forklift traffic, abrasion and impact.
≥ 85 MPa · abrasion 0.10 g/cm² · AR 0.5 (EN 13892-4)
Technical data
Reinforced corundum hardener, the most wear-resistant mineral grade in the range: 100 MPa, 0.07 g/cm².
100 MPa · abrasion 0.07 g/cm² · shrinkage ≤ 0.07%
Technical data
Non-sparking mineral hardener with no metallic components, for areas where the design requires a spark-safe floor. Our own development.
≥ 70 MPa · abrasion 0.14 g/cm² · spark safety expert report
Technical data
Metallic hardener with stainless steel aggregate for extreme impact and abrasion: heavy industry, terminals, press shops. Not for spark-safe areas.
≥ 105 MPa · abrasion 0.05 g/cm² · AR 0.5, impact 30 kg/mm²
Technical dataApplied right after final troweling. Part of the REFLOOR floor system.
